Does More Muscle Means Faster Metabolism?

Is it true? There are many people who say, more muscle means faster metabolism, but than again, there are many people with fast metabolism and they are very skinny and don’t have any muscle. So what is the deal?
You burn fat with exercise.  When you have muscles, they require more calories to be maintained.  When you exercise you do burn more calories.  So the way it all ties in together is that exercise actually helps you build muscle and since you are training your body to burn more calories in addition it makes the faster metabolism.
Negative calorie foods will also help you make your metabolism faster.  What are negative calorie foods?  Fruits and vegetables.  These foods require your body heat in order to process, so these foods make you burn more calories and they often don’t have any fat in them, so you don’t run a risk of gaining any extra weight!
Water in addition helps you with making faster metabolism, because of the same issue!
Not only that, the vitamins regenerate your body with positive energy so in a long run you are losing the weight and prolonging your life.
You do not need to build HUGE muscles, but you should for sure add exercise to your “weight loss plan”.  Your weight loss plan has to consist of healthy diet plan as well as the exercise routine!
