Why is The Metabolism Faster When You Are Younger?

There are many factors that are combined in one when it comes to metabolism.  The younger you are the metabolism is faster because you do few things.

One is that you move a lot more.  You are constantly around other young people who are active, so automatically you move a lot more.

Too busy to eat, so you eat very small meals and fairly healthy since your parents are still making the meals for you.  Less worry.

Less stress overall on life as stress is another main cause of weight gain. Don’t be surprised, stress actually makes many people gain the weight.

To keep your metabolism in a faster burning mode, you should continue to exercise, eat healthy and find ways to vent the stress in order to keep the metabolism faster such as when you were younger.
