How to Make Metabolism Faster?

One thing not to do, is to skip your breakfast.  This is a number one reason for a slower metabolism and not faster one.
So eat healthy breakfast loaded with fruits, some protein and orange juice or grapefruit.  Ingredients in both helps you lose weight.
Don’t skip your meals!  When you are hungry you actaully slow down your metabolism, and not make metabolism faster, so instead eat your meals to the point to feel satisfied and not hungry or full.  This helps make your metabolism faster.
Eat fiber rich foods and protein in order to lose weight! Those two are a necesarry part of a healthy weight loss, while making your metabolism faster.
