No matter where your trip is taking you, if you start toning your tummy before a vacation, you can have the body you want!
The best exercises for toning your tights are squats and walking.  If you can get on the bike it should help as well. Now days they even have the games on the Wii, that also work on exercising your lower body.
When ever you are exercising you should stretch. It is important to breath properly while you are doing this.Another great exercise is to lay flat on your back, put both arms on your sides and lift your legs towards your head and back down again. You should do it slowly for the best results.  Some people go for Yoga to help with their lower body.  But overall, toning your tights properly, the squats and walking is the best.
